GUY'S TOP PRIORITIES FOR TRACY
Focused Reform of City Management
Tracy City Hall is in deep trouble and needs to change. Guy will use his leadership skills and experience to improve department coordination, prioritize transparency, and end the chaos that has led to significant staffing turnover.
Fix Our Streets
Tracy needs to prioritize fixing our streets. Guy is committed to making street and infrastructure improvements a city planning priority.
Comprehensive Public Safety and Housing
Tracy needs safe streets and parks which starts by working closely with law enforcement and by providing affordable housing options for every resident. Guy will fight to deliver resources our law enforcement needs and to bring more housing options to Tracy.
Attract New Business
Tracy City Hall's reputation of being unfriendly to business must stop. Guy will work to end the bureaucracy and red tape that is preventing new businesses from coming to our city. We need family-wage jobs which can only happen by moving Tracy forward.
Build The Aquatic Park We Deserve
Tracy needs to use the community's design plans promised for 20+ years. Guy rejects the bait-and-switch approach of the current council, who is trying to push an inferior aquatic center that will not serve everyone in our city of nearly 100,000 residents.
